Design Manager - DTC Brand & Community | B2B Campaigns
B2B: Provide end-to-end creative leadership by managing, mentoring, and delivering constructive feedback to internal designers and external partners while translating business objectives into impactful, innovative design strategies that maintain brand consistency. Oversee the full design lifecycle across digital, print, and video assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards are met. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Content, and IT teams to align creative execution with broader initiatives and solve business challenges. Serve as the primary design point of contact, clearly presenting concepts and securing alignment with senior leadership and key stakeholders, while enforcing brand guidelines, upholding high creative standards, and leveraging user research and data to inform decisions and improve prospect, customer, and user experiences.
DTC: Provide hands-on creative leadership by guiding, mentoring, and developing graphic designers and creatives to elevate output quality while overseeing design execution across all DTC touchpoints—including email, social, web, and app—to ensure brand alignment and high standards. Manage creative workflows, resourcing, timelines, and approvals to enable timely delivery, and collaborate closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Engineering, and Copy teams on integrated campaigns. Maintain and evolve brand systems, style guides, templates, and design systems for consistency and scalability, while developing and executing creative strategies informed by performance data, KPIs (such as LTV and CAC), A/B testing, and ROI optimization. Champion process improvements by introducing new tools and workflows to increase efficiency, and bring a strong DTC background with proven leadership, technical proficiency across digital platforms, analytical rigor, clear stakeholder communication, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and innovation.

As the Lead Designer at WaBa Grill, I was responsible for designing and managing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring all creative efforts aligned with the brand's tone. I developed a cohesive style guide, rebranded the company's image, and collaborated with designers, photographers, ad agencies, and vendors to produce campaign collateral for upcoming initiatives. I strategically managed the marketing budget for print and media, overseeing the creation and execution of quarterly LTO campaigns to drive sales while effectively utilizing the 2% franchisee royalty fees. Additionally, I contributed to the design of signage and both interior and exterior graphics for new and existing locations, serving as a key liaison between marketing, operations, construction, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
